Belgian attack that left 3 dead considered ‘terrorist murder,’ officials say

An attack in the Belgian city of Liege that left three dead, including two police officers and a bystander, is being considered a "terrorist murder," the Belgian federal magistrate said Wednesday.

The attacker shouted "Allahu akbar" several times during the shooting spree.
