Publicity head promises massive studying of CPC congress spirit

Huang Kunming, head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, said the country's publicity, ideological and cultural departments will initiate the study and implementation of the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress across the country.
