Gunman reported at Air Force Academy in Colorado

DEVELOPING -- The presence of an active shooter has been reported Friday night at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado.

The alert was sent via text message to school officials and cadets, KKTV-TV reported.

The report was not confirmed by the station and it was not immediately clear if any injuries had occurred,
